During a Real Estate transaction there are a lot of moving part that have to all work together. It all starts with the agents and their client and moves into the lenders and attorneys. If one part fails, the whole deal can fail. The transaction I just had with Katelyn had more moving parts then normal as her clients needed to sell in order for them to buy my clients home so my clients could buy their new home. It all started with Katelyn's team making the original offer due to an illness. Her teammate was very polite and professional when I had dealings with them. Once Katelyn was back in the mix, things could not have been better. Katelyn 's communication is top notch. She kept me in the loop about how her client's sale was going every step of the way. Because of her communication we were able to get her client into their dream home which in turn allowed my clients to get into their dream home. I would love to work many transactions with agents like Katelyn.
