My wife and I are really thankful to have worked with Katelyn and Carlos on our home purchase! We had a year's long journey with twists and turns. We initially tried to go through with a purchase initially but that ended up not working out. Then Katelyn helped referred us to another out of state agent to work with us on a sale, which worked out smoothly. Finally after that all completed, Katelyn ramped up again for us to help us settle on finally purchasing our home in Illinois. Katelyn has been patient, available, helpful and offering insights and advice for us when we needed it. We'll be sure to reach out to her again when the time comes again!
